At the branch, in addition to the rich menu, diners can feast from a unique deli that offers a wide variety of fresh pastries baked on site and made from 100% whole wheat, from sourdough, breads, pastas, quality olive oil, dips, spreads and much more.

We drew our inspiration from Italy. We brought the method of baking our breads, which are made solely from quality and natural raw materials and baked by hand in brick ovens and, no less important – we brought our name (Biga = sourdough in Italian.)
